Passionate advocate for the environment and for electric vehicles, Margaret is helping to deliver our Close the Loop project to schools, businesses and events.
Margaret grew up on a dairy farm in South Auckland, has been actively working on reducing her personal carbon footprint since the 1980’s and is now enjoying the opportunity to have some influence over future generations. Based in Taipuha, she is now in the early stages of developing a food forest, and has been driving her own electric vehicle now for five years and advocates for their use.
With a background in pre-press and customer service, Margaret’s strengths are her ability to communicate with people from all walks of life, compassion, honesty and a cheerful disposition. She is also blessed with a good amount of common sense and can think outside the square.
